Brooklyn Diocese Teachers Talk TESOL at Fordham

Students in the 2017 Multicultural Education Teacher Leader Academy (METLA) program recently participated in a two-day institute with through the Center for Educational Partnerships on multilingual education in schools.

The Center, in partnership with the Diocese of Brooklyn and the Fordham Center for Catholic School Leadership and Faith-Based Education, prepare teachers for the changing needs of the contemporary classroom.

The institute covered cultural responsiveness, language acquisition, assessment, and technology training.
