The Associate Dean (AD) of Research and Academic Programs in College of Education (COE) at Seattle University will join and collaborate with a core leadership team, faculty, and staff committed to preparing ethical and reflective leaders for social justice. We seek a leader who can enhance and advance the strategic vision, thinking, and actions of the college, through innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives that foster inclusive academic excellence and research/scholarship. The AD will provide leadership for faculty to engage in ways that positively and responsively impact our local, regional and national communities and that nurtures equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice. The successful candidate will hold the rank of Associate or Full Professor, depending on qualifications.
