GSE clinical assistant professor Shannon Waite, Ed.D., will present a keynote address at the University of Buffalo’s Creating the Beloved Community Spring Symposium on Tuesday, March 16 at 9:15 a.m. Waite’s presentation will center on her contribution to an upcoming special issue of the Journal of School Leadership, Disrupting Dysconsciousness: Confronting Anti-Blackness in Educational Leadership Preparation Programs. Each keynote presentation during the symposium will include access to related readings to introduce participants to each scholar.
The symposium will be held on Monday, March 15-Tuesday, March 16 from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
