GSE Online Master’s Program in Educational Leadership Ranked #1 for Catholic Educators


After analyzing every master’s in Educational Leadership program in the United States, has announced that Fordham GSE’s online master’s program ranks number one as “Best for Catholic Educators” and 19th overall nationwide. Thirty-five industry experts, plus hiring managers, current students and alumni, rated programs based upon academic quality (40%), student success (40%), and affordability (20%).

“We are constantly striving to expand and improve our programs,” noted Gerald Cattaro, Ed.D., Professor and Executive Director of the Fordham GSE’s Center for Catholic School Leadership and Faith-Based Education. “Recognition of the online master’s program option we offer highlights our success and underscores our commitment to increasing quality educational pathways for our students.”

The report specifically cited Fordham’s coursework in spirituality of leadership and ethics in administration, noting that the program overall gives educational leaders the skills to lead while using faith-based principles within their schools.

Fordham GSE’s online programs were also recently ranked in the top 20% by U.S. News & World Report.
